We booked Nuovo’s Pizza for our micro wedding while traveling from Wisconsin to Ahwahnee, and they absolutely exceeded every expectation. The team was on time, professional, personal, and incredibly fun from start to finish. Plus, they brought everything we needed to enjoy the pizza, which was SO helpful considering we were staying in an Air bnb and didn’t have it all. Saving the hassle of going to the store and buying it all was incredible. They made the whole experience feel easy and special, which meant so much on such a special day. The food was phenomenal!! And the atmosphere they created was perfect for our celebration. Huge bonus points for using Wisconsin cheese too… as Wisconsinites, we definitely appreciated that touch! Highly recommend for weddings, events, or honestly any excuse to eat amazing pizza.

From the moment you walk in, the laid-back, welcoming atmosphere makes it the perfect place to relax and enjoy great food. The pizza truly stands out—the crust strikes the perfect balance between crispy and soft, the sauce is rich with just the right touch of sweetness, and the toppings are always generous and fresh. Every pie feels carefully crafted, and the quality really comes through in every bite. What makes Nuovo Pizza even better is their focus—they specialize exclusively in pizza, and it shows. By keeping the menu simple, they’ve mastered what they do, delivering consistently delicious results every time. Service is fast, friendly, and reliable, making it a great choice whether you’re grabbing takeout or dining in. For the price, the value is outstanding. You get high-quality pizza, generous portions, and a great overall experience without overspending. All in all, Nuovo Pizza delivers on every level. If you’re looking for incredible pizza, this place easily earns five stars.

It wasn't necessarily bad, but it wasn't good. The flavors were there but there was just so much going on. The crust was thin and refreshing but their kept being this strange taste in my mouth. I had one slice, that was enough. Overall I don't think I'll be returning here a bit pricy too, one pizza, one size, and 2 drinks $30.34. You can decide if it's worth it or not. For me its a hard no.

2 stars because I’m hopeful there is a reasonable explanation for my poor experience, and I’m new to town so don’t want to be rude. Ordered takeout and apparently they use DoorDash so maybe a dine in experience might be different. Both pizzas were very soggy. One appeared to be tampered with, having broken seal. Both arrived cold and soggy. Arugula tastes like it came out of a bag. Crust tastes/looks/feels similar to an airport or mall pizza crust…but served on a plate of water. I am disappointed and feel my purchase was a waste of money. Maybe dining in is different, I can only comment on my experience this evening. I will not be wording pizza from them again.

This is the tastiest pizza I’ve ever tried in Fresno. The ingredients were so fresh and I can appreciate every flavor that went into it. We got the spicy burrata honey vegetarian style. I loved the ambiance too and the staff is very friendly. I’ll be daydreaming about this pizza for sure!
